Application forms CSC

1. Each handler fills out the registration form for handlers, young handlers and their dogs/reserve dogs for himself and his (reserve) dog(s). The registration form for a whole team is filled out by the team captain or responsible person of the country.
2. Information about terms of payment will be sent to the team captain / responsible person of the country as soon as the organizers have received the team registration. Entry fees of each participating country should be collected and sent in one payment per country to the account of the CSC 2020 by the 5th of October 2020 at the latest.
